The client
Tarefe is an independent contract consultancy based in Düsseldorf. They help people living in Germany — many of them new to the country — find and manage better contracts for electricity, gas, insurance, internet, mobile and finance, and they give advice in their customers' native language.
Our mission
Make complicated contract topics feel simple and trustworthy in six languages — including Arabic, Turkish, Russian, English and German — and turn the website into Tarefe's main source of new consultation requests.
What we did
- Designed a bold, friendly website in Tarefe's purple and yellow brand colours.
- Built a multilingual WordPress setup with a dedicated site per language, including right-to-left layouts.
- Created clear service pages for energy, insurance, telecom and finance, each with a free-consultation form.
- Connected WhatsApp and the Tarefe customer portal and app for fast contact.
- Set up technical SEO, hreflang and Google Search Console for every language.
- Planned and ran Google Ads search campaigns and Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram for each language community, including landing pages for promotions.
The result
Tarefe now has one consistent brand across six languages, a website their team updates on their own, and a steady flow of consultation requests from search and social media.
